Modar internal command:
addElectronicField
To exert an external electronic field (EEF) to MD system.
- Syntax and examples
#add a external electronic field in Z direction
addelectronicfield start="0,0,-180" end="0,0,180" volt=1 buff=1.0 id=0
#add second external electronic field in X direction
addelectronicfield start="-100,0,0" end="100,0,0" volt=1 buff=1.0 id=1
- Keywords
start=<point>
to tell the start position of EEF
end=<point>
to tell the end position of EEF
volt=<real>
to give the voltage of EEF from start position to end position
buff=<real>
to give the buffer length on the terminals, for maintaining energy conservation, Modar will build buffer regions on the terminals of field using switch function automatically, set this value to zero to disable such buffer regions if you do not care energy conservation.
Id=<int>
to tell which one EEF to setup, Modar currently support 3 independent EEFs.
