 addEleMagField

To exert an external magenet and electronic field (EEF) to MD system.

    #add a external magenet electronic field in Z direction

    addelemagfield start="0,0,-180" end="0,0,180" volt=1 freq=2.54 id=0

     

  • Keywords

    start=<point>

    to tell the start position of EEF

    end=<point>

    to tell the end position of EEF

    volt=<real>

    to give the voltage of EEF from start position to end position

    freq=<real>

    to give wave frequence

    Id=<int>

    to tell which one EEF to setup, Modar currently support 3 independent EEFs.
