Modar internal command:

 disable

To turn off some functions

  • Syntax
    diable <function>

  • Functions:

    • fileBackup
      To disable file backup function. Modar will backup file automatically when overwriting or removing by default.

    • restart
      To disable file resuming file writing out for restart run, i.e. the restart run will creating new trajectory file, energy profile file rather than appending to the old files, which will be backup automatically if the "filebakup" is on (see above).
