    trjOut
To save trajectories from trjIn buffer to file, usually for shrinking trajectory files.
- Syntax
trjout [arguments] ...
 - Examples
#to shrink trajectory file
trjout infile=”run01.trj” \
outfile=”shrink.trj” \
timestride=100
 - Arguments      
inFile=<file name>
Input trajectory file, can be omitted and told by above command “trjIn”.
outFile=<file name>
output trajectory files.
Timestride=<real>
The MD time stride for new trajectory writing out
TimeStart=<real>
MD time of start frame, default is the time of first frame
TimeEnd=<real>
MD time of end, default is the time of last frame
