1. Open Movar, then go menu --> "File" -->"Fetch from RCSB PDB"
    It will show a dialog as bellow, type "1RTT" for the PDB code, then "OK" to download

    It may take a while, please wait.
  2. Here is the main window of Movar
  3. To change the backbone drawing style, please go menu "MainChain"--> pick one
    To hide the backbone, uncheck all items in the menu "MainChain"
  4. To change the sidechain drawing style, please go menu "SideChain"--> pick one
    To hide the sidechain, uncheck all items in the menu "SideChain"
  5. To change the hetgroup, water drawing style, go menu "Display" --> Hetgroup, Water
  6. To make a movies, go menu "File"-->"Make movies"
  7. To capture a picture, go menu "File"-->"Draw to image file", then choose a picture format
