1. Download the PDB file and Modar format trajectory file here:

    ils.pdb

    ils.trj
  2. Open Movar, then drag and drop file "ils.pdb" to the main window of Movar
    or on Linux system simply by command
    ./movar ils.pdb

    By the way, Movar supports file format detection, so to load a trajectory simply by drag-and-drop the trajectory file to the window.
  3. It would prompt you that "found a trajectory file, do you want to load it?", say "yes" here.

    As shown in the picture, we only have water and ions in the sytem.
  4. Go Menu "Display" --> "Hetgroup in Stick" to change the ions drawing style.
  5. Go Menu "Display" --> "Water in Stick" to change the water drawing style.
  6. To make a trajectory movies,
    Click the button "Advance" on the Trajectories panel,
  7. it will show a menu, then go "Make trajectory movie", follow the dialog to make movie.
